Flag Exchange Ceremony on 14th July at ISTANBUL
India will host for the
first time the Annual Assembly of the International Institute of Welding (IIW)
in Chennai during 17-22 July 2011.
On behalf of the next host nation India for the 64th IIW Annual Assembly
(IIW-2011), Dr.Baldev Raj, IIW President-Elect,
receives the IIW Flag from Mrs. Hulya Gedik, Chairman Organizing Committee
of the 63rd IIW Annual Assembly (IIW-2010)
during the IIW Banquet on 14th July 2010 held on the Banks of The Bhosphorus,
Istanbul, Turkey,
in presence of Prof. Ulrich Dilthey, IIW President.
