Autonomous Gamma Dose Logger is a radiation monitor to measure environmental radiation in the range from 100 nGy/hr to 5Gy/hr. The system will transmit the data through wireless communication and backs up the data in a portable data logger. The system is powered by solar power system with battery backup. The radiation monitor is installed at the site with a mechanical structure. The system can be used for both routine and emergency radiation field monitoring purposes and can be safely maintained.

Facilities Required
- Minimum of 25 X 25 feet workshop
- Testing / calibration room of 10 x 10 feet.
- The calibration facility should be a properly shielded facility and licensees should have proper certification and training of handling source and conducting calibration.
- 3-phase power supply
- Facility or tie-up for fabrication of printed circuit boards
- Facility for populating electronic components and electrical systems
- Computer with required software for testing wireless and microcontroller systems.
- Test equipment for testing electronic components and systems
Application Procedure for Transfer of Technology from IGCAR
Who can apply
Interested parties with Engineering & Scientific knowledge, good financial background and adequate experience of products manufacturing & fabrication with technical capability in the area of interested technology and having or interested in setting –up facilities for production would be preferred.
How to apply
Send your Technology Transfer Application form duly filled and signed along with a Demand Draft/Bankers cheque of Rs. 500/- (for Indian entities) or US $50/- (for foreign entities) drawn in favour of “Accounts Officer, IGCAR” as application processing fee on following address:
